In the past, the Kardashians and Jenners have been known to give off bad luck and bad mojo to athletes, causing chaos. Most recently, the Kendall Jenner Curse was known to bring athletes to turmoil. However, scoot over Kardashians and Jenners, we got a new sheriff in town. Aubrey Drake Graham, better known as Drake, has been known to attend fighting events, sporting events, or college football games in which he cheers for the team that ultimately, loses.

In 2013, Drake joined the Miami Heat and LeBron James in their NBA Finals celebration party after defeating the San Antonio Spurs. Sure enough, in the 2014 NBA Finals, the Spurs would be out for revenge as they beat the Miami Heat to win the championship. That is when the Drake Curse, was born. Also in 2014, Drake gave a speech to the Kentucky Wildcats Men’s college basketball team after their semifinal win to advance to the championship. They would, however, wound up being upset by UConn.

Most recently, Drake was spotted with Conor McGregor sporting an Irish flag in support of the UFC superstar. McGregor has been considered one of the greatest pound-for-pound fighters of all time, but then when Drake comes along and starts hanging out with him, Conor loses in the 4th round to Khabib Nurmagomedov. You can never undermine the presence of Drake at a sporting event and whomever he is cheering for losing.
