Mr. Sio
Mr. Sio came from U.H. Manoa and came to Saint Louis because he was requested for by the school. He teaches math: Algebra 2 regular and honors and Pre-Calculus.
Ms. Porter
Ms. Porter teaches 7th and 8th science and is always up for a challenge. She went to the University of Hawaii for Biology, then the University of Phoenix for her education degree, then finally to William S . Richardson school for law.
Mr. Keogh
Mr. Keogh teaches Economics and Financing and came from a university in upper state New York. He came to Hawaii in a different field and is glad to be now teaching at Saint Louis.
Ms. Hirokawa
Ms. Hirokawa teaches 7th honors, 8 and 8th honors math She went to U.H. Manoa and really likes the all boys environment at Saint Louis School.
Ms. Eakin
Ms. Eakin went to Chaminade University and used to teach at Saint Louis 5 years ago but went to the mainland. When she came back she returned to the school and now teaches English and Math 6 and 7.
Ms. Sato
Ms. Sato teaches Algebra 1 and came from Hawaii Pacific University. She likes the values that the school instills into the young boys and how it helps them mature.
Ms. Perez
Mrs. Perez graduated from University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio and now teaches Spanish 1 and English 7-8th. She came to this school for the religious aspect, reputation, and the traditions it holds.
Mr. Leopoldino
Mr. Leopaldino teaches both Videography and Hawaiian language. He lived in Hawaii his whole life and graduated from Chaminade University. He came to teach at Saint Louis because he is a Marianist, used to be a substitute teacher for the school, and helped on the Nichidai program for several years.
Mr. Ray
Mr. Ray teaches Physics and AP Physics. He previously taught at a charter school in Chandler, AZ, and he is originally from Spokane, WA. He came to Saint Louis because he wanted to get back into Catholic education. He went to Catholic school his whole life and taught in Catholic schools for 9 years.
Ms. Fung
Ms. Fung is teaching Middle School Robotics as well as coaching the MS Robotics team. She just got her Masters of Education in curriculum studies in STEM2 from UHM. Part of her Masters Thesis was creating a robotics curriculum and Saint Louis gave the opportunity to put her thesis into action.
Ms. Martin-Doike
Ms. Martin-Doike teaches orchestra - violin, viola, cello, and bass here at Saint Louis School. She has previously taught at Kamehameha School, Punahou School, and ʻIolani School. She is also still currently teaching with the Hawaii Youth Symphony. She says she chose this school because, "I want to see more musicians, especially great string players, come out of this school!"
Ms. Caires
Ms. Caires went to Chaminade University and her husband is an alumni of Saint Louis so she was happy to teach here. She teaches 6th and 7th grade Math, and History for 7th Honors, 8th, and 8th Honors.
Ms. McCulloch
Ms. McCulloch teaches 9th grade Religion and prior to teaching here, she was an Instructor Pilot. She lfew SH-60B Helicopters in the US Navy, where she retired from the Naval Reserves with about 3000 flight hours. She also taught 9th ad 11th grade Religion at Bishop Kenny High in Jacksonville, FL. She feels blessed to be teaching here at Saint Louis because she loves working with high school youth and...
Ms. Tanaka
Ms. Tanaka came from teaching at a Mid Pacific Institute to Saint Louis teaching Japanese and US Government. She went to Georgetown College in Washington D.C. and her graduation speaker was Mother Teresa.
