Dear Brothers,

My name is Scott Lyons, and I’m a senior in the Class of 2020. I’m headed for the United States Naval Academy Preparatory School in Rhode Island. I take with me knowledge and leadership skills that I have developed here at Saint Louis. I leave behind my childhood. I will miss clowning, playing sports, and making memories with the boys. I will not miss the commute from Mililani. I will always remember the memories I’ve made with my boys since 6th grade. I will try to forget that this virus ruined our senior lacrosse season that we worked so hard for. My advice to next year’s seniors is to seriously cherish all the moments with your boys. You never know when the last time you’ll see them will be. I never expected the week before spring break to be the last time I’d go to school with my friends. Also, sometimes life can seem very stressful and hard, such as applying for college. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel, and the challenges only make you stronger. It’s been a good ride!

Go Crusaders,

Scott Lyons ’20
